Smriti Ahuja is the Global HR & Learning Head- Cognizant Digital Operations. She is based in Delhi – NCR. In addition, she is the Diversity Head for Cognizant India. She also plays the role of Location Head for NCR.

Smriti has close to three decades of work experience, 10 years of which have been as an independent consultant. Her consulting work has been primarily in the areas of HR Strategy, Executive Coaching, and Leadership Development. She counted Fortune 500 companies as her clients, including a three year consulting term with Coca Cola Bottlers Philippines.

Her previous corporate experiences include her role as founding HR and Learning Head for Exl Service and the Global Head of Leadership Development for Genpact. One of her designed programs in Genpact was internationally awarded for “Best Integration of Learning and Talent Management”.

Smriti is a motivational speaker on several forums at regional and national level. Her speaking interests range from Leadership to HR strategy and function and on liberal topics like purpose of “being”. She has recently been certified as a NLP practitioner, having obtained the certification under the mentorship of Richard Bandler in London. Her vision is to have people get in touch with their full potential.

She is a certified yoga instructor and has served as a teacher to special needs children.

Smriti is a literature graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi and an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
